Quick easy three

Great way to end the work week with a quick "easy" three miles. Since I have a race on Sunday I was planning on going easy (9:00/mile) - but for some reason I went faster. Running downtown at lunch time turns into a human obstacle course...helps break up the run a bit and I used it to envision passing people at the race. Long slow run tomorrow with the Road Runners...
