Today Drew and I headed out for a sixteen mile long run on the East Bay bike path. I felt really good at the start - we tried to keep it nice and easy in the beginning. We made it down to just shy of New Meadow Rd in Barrington. We took a quick break to refuel and stretch at the eight mile point - and then headed back. Felt really good the whole way back (took a quick potty break at mile 11+). We both finished strong and feeling good. Also - six miles into this run I hit 1000 miles for the year.
