Went out today to go for an easy four after yesterdays picked up pace run. With the temps pushing 90 I decided to find the shadiest course I could - which meant the hills of East Rock. I almost went without the shirt - figuring that it would just be drenched in sweat - but in the end no one needs to see me shirtless - with this sun I could blind some poor driver. Felt nice to run on the trails over to the hill - nice soft (forgiving) ground in the shade was a great way to warm up. Supposed to be even hotter tomorrow - not sure what to do about tomorrow yet.....
