Intevals: 400s

Went to URI track today with Finch, Chiu and Drew-guy. We split up into two groups - me and Drew, Finch and Chiu. Drew and I did 1:46 400s, with a recovery of 1:24. Four sets each. We should have done one more but called it quits at four.
