Felt terrible today during the run. One of my top 5 least enjoyable runs since I started. Guess that happens sometimes. No more running until race day.

- I started running in the middle of August 2007. I could barely run for 2 minutes straight. In May of 2009 I completed my first marathon. I initially started posting so my sister/coach could keep an eye on my training...now it seems - others might read this as well.
