4 miles with Drew

Drew and I hit the bike path today for a 4 mile run. Nothing too exciting except for a bug flying into my eye during mile 3. Who would have thought a bug in the eye would hurt so much....

1st mile: 8:15.39
2nd mile: 8:06.24
3rd mile: 8:43.89
4th mile: 8:05.57
Total Average: 8:17.61

Both Drew and I struggled to run as fast as we did today. Which is strange as we have run much faster with alot less effort than today. I think its time to do go back to hill repeats or track work.
