Today Justin and I took advantage of the warm weather (low 60s) and went for a run. Drizzled most of it - but really came down for the last part of the run. We initially went out to do five miles - but as we got back in front of work Justin said he was going to go one more mile. Since I was already soaked I went with him.

Total Average: 9:15
Slower than normal - but just around my goal pace for full marathon (which ideally would be no slower than 9:09).
