After a miserable Turkey Trot and an even more miserable run last week (due to illness for both) - I decided to rest the remainder of last week off and recover. Today I was back at it. Justin, Tim and I went out today for a very very cold and icy run. Bike path was kind of messy - went from super clear path - to ice - to snow and ice - to black ice - to snow and ice - to clear (etc. etc. etc.)
