Today I went out for a "long, easy" run. I put that in quotes as when I run solo I never know what my run is gonna end up being. I started at my parents house and ran out to John Young Pkwy (by Grandma's church), then north on John Young Pkwy until I got to Central Florida Pkwy. Turned around and went home - and added a lap around the neighborhood to extend some time. Weather was great for running warm with a nice cool breeze - something I'm not used to when I visit Orlando.
