800s at URI

So today we went to URI to do 800m repeats with 400m recovery.

1 Mile warmup
1st 800m - 3:35
400m recovery
2nd 800m - 3:45
400m recovery
3rd 800m - 3:45
400m recovery
1.25 mile cool down.

The first 800 was tough but felt good. But the last little bit of the last 800m was BRUTAL. I decided not to do a 4th and start the cool down process.
