Good luck at CVS! I was just reading about the elite field - it looks like there will be a great group there. Enjoy yourself!

I saw in a few of your posts that your legs were tired, but not painful. I've been doing this new thing lately, that really seems to be helping. I come back from my run and then lay on the floor, scoot my butt as close to the wall as I can and then swing my legs up the wall. This helps switch the blood flow around in your legs so it's really good after a long run when you've been on your feet for so long. I also started taking ice baths after long runs or intense sessions. It doesn't sound appealing and the first couple times it's just wicked cold, but I got used to it and it's really helped! I fill my tub with cold water and then throw ice. I grab a hot cup of tea and long sleeve shirt and just sit in the tub like that for about 10 minutes. It's really helped me so I thought I would pass it on to you. Especially since I see a half marathon on your schedule in November.

Oh and thanks for posting my blog on you site! : )
