Back on track

So after 2 weeks of sub-par runs, Ive now had back to back runs this week where I felt great before, during AND after the runs. The first was the 4 mile back path, and the next was the 3.2 mile. While running the 3.2 miles I felt as if I was going SOOO slow. But in the end, without much exertion I did an 8:46 pace. Not blazing fast - but considering how I felt the last few weeks - I will definitely take it.
