Ran with Justin on bike path to Minesterial Rd and back. No pains, no tight calves. Even though it was a 9:17 pace - it felt like I was going slower than 10:00 - which I think is good.

Tonight I need to plan out the LONG run for Saturday. Hope the weather behaves.
