Thank you mother nature for listening to my pleas. Today was a great day for running. I ran with Justin for the first mile and 1/2 or so. We did first mile in 10 minutes. At about 1.5 miles Justin turned around - I picked up the pace. At the 2 mile marker I turned around and picked up the pace again. Every quarter mile or so I kept picking up the pace. I was able to do the last 3 miles at an 8:20 pace. My legs are pretty tired today but no pains. Hopefully the weather will behave for tomorrow.
Total distance = 4 miles
Total time = 35 minutes
